LOCAL DELIVERY​

We offer local delivery to addresses within a 15 km radius of our store in Yorkeys Knob, Cairns. 

​

Please email us at greenroombymanik@gmail.com to organise a delivery time. We're unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries, so we'd like to agree on a time that suits you. You will receive a text message on the scheduled delivery date of your order.

Orders may take up to 8 days to be delivered as each suburb group has one delivery day each week.

 

If you are not at home, we will leave your delivery on your doorstep or in another suitable location.

COLLECTION FROM OUR STORE

Collection is free!

​

Orders take between 2 and 3 business days to be packed and ready for pickup. We will email you once your order is ready, and you can collect it any time during our opening hours. Just bring along your order receipt : )

 

​Our store is at 69 Wattle Street, Yorkeys Knob - entrance via Cunningham Street.

SHIPPING

​

Shipping costs range from $15 to $35, depending on weight and size of your order. This will be calculated at checkout.

​

Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order, plus 4 to 7 days for delivery ( this varies by location ).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING​

If you are an international visitor, please contact us directly.

CANCELLATIONS

​

​If you wish to cancel an order you already paid for, please contact us within 4 hours.

​

We will try our best to honour your request, but we cannot cancel an order that has been processed, packed or dispatched.

​

A 5% handling fee will be deducted from your cancelled order to cover the card-payment fees we incur on all purchases.
